Locator Minirail
The Locator minirail is best used under a cornice. This slimline picture rail is 17mm high and 9mm deep making it the perfect fit when installed underneath a cornice and seamlessly blending in. The rail holds 25kgs per lineal metre when using the included fixings at the recommended rate of three per metre.
The Locator minirail is also often used when a P60 shadowline is present without a cornice, in this case it is necessary to come down from the ceiling line about 15mm to preserve the shadowline and allow the tools enough room to get the fixings perpendicular.
The Locator range of picture rails come as standard in Powdercoated white or Clear-anodised silver. The picture rails use additional connectors to join them when necessary making a continuous, in-line rail. The connectors are used at the time of installation. Colour-matched endcaps are also available which can be added or removed when needed.
Fixings are screwed into the wall first and the Locator minirail is clicked over them, concealing the screw-heads at the same time.
